A simple, high-protein pancake recipe perfect for cyclists. These pancakes provide a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fats to support recovery and energy levels.
Ingredients (Makes 4 pancakes)
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 40g oats
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 50ml milk (any type)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 5g butter or oil (for cooking)
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Pour small amounts of the batter into the pan to form pancakes.
- Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
