Protein Pancakes

A simple, high-protein pancake recipe perfect for cyclists. These pancakes provide a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fats to support recovery and energy levels.

Ingredients (Makes 4 pancakes)

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g oats
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 50ml milk (any type)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 5g butter or oil (for cooking)

Method
​
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  3. Pour small amounts of the batter into the pan to form pancakes.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
